How it works

1. Use the secure intake. Provide only the information needed to identify your current pharmacy and prescription request.
2. Rophéka reviews the request. The pharmacy may contact you, your current pharmacy, or your prescriber when appropriate.
3. Pharmacy staff coordinate eligible transfers. Certain prescriptions may not be transferable and may require a new prescription or prescriber involvement.
