This notice explains, at a high level, how the Ropheka Pharmacy website handles information submitted through its website features.
General website inquiries
When you use a general contact form, Ropheka may receive information such as your name, email address, phone number, organization, inquiry type, and the message you choose to submit. This information is used to respond to your request and route it to the appropriate pharmacy team.
Refill and transfer callback requests
The public refill and transfer forms are callback-request forms only. They collect limited contact information, such as your name, phone number, optional email, preferred contact method, and preferred callback window. They intentionally do not request dates of birth, medication names, prescription numbers, diagnoses, insurance information, current-pharmacy details, or other clinical information. A Ropheka team member follows up to complete the protected pharmacy portion of the request through the appropriate workflow.
Do not submit sensitive health information through public forms
The website's general, provider, long-term care, refill-callback, and transfer-callback forms are not intended for medication lists, diagnoses, prescription images, dates of birth, clinical histories, Social Security numbers, payment-card information, or other sensitive health or identity information. Use the pharmacy's appropriate protected workflow when those details are required.
Careers applications
Applicants may submit contact information, a position of interest, a short note, and an approved resume file. Applicants should not include Social Security numbers, banking details, medical information, or other unnecessary sensitive information in resumes or application notes.
Third-party services
The website may link to third-party services for telehealth clinical evaluations, online shopping, maps, analytics, and other supporting functions. Those services may have their own privacy practices and terms.
Website analytics and technical information
Ropheka may use standard analytics and technical logs to understand website traffic, improve performance, prevent abuse, and measure whether website features are working as intended.
Pharmacy privacy rights
This website notice does not replace any Notice of Privacy Practices or other privacy notice that applies to protected health information handled by the pharmacy in its regulated healthcare operations.
