Location: Midlothian, TX

Position Overview

Ropheka Pharmacy is currently seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Pharmacy Technician to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced independent pharmacy environment and values excellent patient care.

Experience with Rx30 pharmacy management software is a strong plus, but not required—we’re willing to train the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Process prescriptions accurately and efficiently
   

• Perform data entry, adjudication, and third-party billing
   

• Assist pharmacists with workflow and daily operations
   

• Handle patient pickup, phone calls, and customer service
   

• Maintain inventory, ordering, and prescription organization
   

• Support retail, LTC, and compounding workflows as needed
   

Preferred Qualifications

• Active Texas Pharmacy Technician registration (required)
   

• Rx30 experience (preferred / plus)
   

• Prior experience in an independent or community pharmacy
   

• Strong attention to detail and time management
   

• Professional communication and customer service skills
   

• Willingness to learn and grow with the pharmacy
