Returns & Refunds
A clear return policy for eligible non-prescription retail merchandise purchased from Rophéka Pharmacy.

30-day return window
Eligible non-prescription retail items may be requested for return within 30 calendar days of delivery, or within 30 calendar days of purchase for pharmacy pickup orders. Items must be unopened, unused, in their original sealed packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Items that are not eligible for ordinary retail return
Prescription medications, compounded medications, refrigerated or temperature-sensitive items, opened supplements, opened over-the-counter or personal-care products, gift cards, and items marked final sale are not eligible for ordinary retail returns or refunds, except where required by law or when Rophéka Pharmacy confirms an order or fulfillment error.
Return shipping and costs
For an eligible discretionary return, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Rophéka Pharmacy will cover or arrange return shipping when an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect because of our error. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to our error. We do not charge a restocking fee for an approved eligible return.
How to request a return
Before sending an item back, email scripts@rophekapharmacy.com or call 469-612-3827 so our team can confirm eligibility and provide return instructions. Please do not send products back without authorization.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Your bank or card issuer may require additional processing time before the credit appears.
Medication-related questions
Medication returns, disposal questions, dispensing errors, and medication product-quality concerns are handled separately from ordinary retail returns. Contact the pharmacy directly so our team can review the situation and provide the appropriate next steps.
