Patient-Specific Compounding

Ropheka Pharmacy Wins 1st Place in the 2026 Midlothian Business Pitch Competition

Ropheka Pharmacy earned 1st Place in the Open Category of the 2026 Midlothian Business Pitch Competition and received a $10,000 award.

Why customization may matter

The prescription should fit the patient.

Important

Compounded medications require a valid patient-specific prescription. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved, and a listing on this website is not a treatment recommendation or a guarantee that a formulation is appropriate or available for a particular patient.

Patient and provider pathways

Start with the right pharmacy conversation.

Ropheka Pharmacy is honored to have been named 1st Place in the Open Category of the 2026 Midlothian Business Pitch Competition. The competition brought together local businesses to share their plans for growth in Midlothian. At the September 10, 2026 final pitch event, Ropheka Pharmacy was announced as the Open Category 1st Place winner and received a $10,000 award. For our team, this recognition is about more than winning a competition. It reflects the trust of the Midlothian community and the importance of expanding access to personalized pharmacy care close to home. Ropheka Pharmacy is an independent pharmacy serving Midlothian and surrounding communities with community pharmacy services, non-sterile compounding, long-term care pharmacy support, clinical services, prescription delivery, and provider partnerships. We are grateful to Midlothian Economic Development, the Midlothian Chamber of Commerce, the Midlothian Business Academy, the competition organizers, judges, fellow finalists, and everyone who came out to support local businesses. This award will help us continue building the kind of pharmacy care our community needs: accessible, personal, clinically engaged, and rooted in Midlothian. Thank you, Midlothian, for believing in Ropheka Pharmacy.

Areas we can discuss

Patient-specific possibilities.

These are therapy and dosage-form categories—not a promise to dispense a specific formulation. Final ingredients, strengths, base, quantity, and appropriateness are determined through the prescription and pharmacist review process.

For prescribers

Need to discuss a formulation?

You do not need to find an exact website listing before contacting us. Ropheka can review a patient-specific request and confirm whether it fits the pharmacy's current compounding scope.
