Rophéka Pharmacy’s Complex Compound Rescue pathway helps patients and prescribers start the right pharmacy conversation when a patient-specific compounded prescription is difficult to source, unusual in dosage form or strength, or could not be filled or evaluated by another pharmacy. Every request remains subject to pharmacist review, current ingredient availability, pharmacy scope, and a valid patient-specific prescription.

Compounded prescriptions can involve a specialized dosage form, strength, ingredient combination, route, or sourcing consideration. A prior pharmacy’s inability to fill a request does not determine whether Rophéka can prepare it. Each request requires pharmacist review.

Ropheka Pharmacy is based in Midlothian, Texas. We deliver eligible compounded prescriptions throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex and ship eligible compounded prescriptions throughout Texas via FedEx.
Delivery and shipping eligibility is reviewed case by case and can depend on the prescription, formulation, handling, stability, timing, and operational or legal requirements. A valid patient-specific prescription and pharmacist review are required.
